Slipstrim is available in English, Slovenian, and German. The app interface, invoice templates, and email reminders are fully localised in all three languages. Croatian language support is planned.

Slipstrim generates this on every invoice when you add your IBAN in Settings.

SEPA EPC QR codes work across the entire SEPA zone — all EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK. Any banking app that supports the EPC QR standard can scan and pre-fill payment details instantly.

Yes. Slipstrim integrates with Wise (formerly TransferWise) via OAuth for payment tracking and SEPA bank reconciliation. Automated reconciliation runs every 6 hours to match incoming payments to open invoices.

Yes. Slipstrim is the only AI invoicing platform with native Fiskalizacija 2.0 (HR-FIS) integration. Every fiscal invoice automatically receives a JIR (Jedinstveni identifikator računa) from the Croatian Tax Authority in real time — no additional tools or steps required. Live and compliant since January 2026.

Yes. Slipstrim supports fiscal invoice confirmation with FURS (Finančna uprava Republike Slovenije) under ZDavPR, the law covering cash transactions. Every confirmed invoice receives an EOR (enolična oznaka računa) from FURS in real time. Slovenia's mandatory B2B e-invoicing is a separate obligation, often confused with this one: under ZIERDED, adopted 23 October 2025, all businesses in the Poslovni register — including every s.p. — must exchange invoices electronically from 1 January 2028, extending to cross-border transactions in 2030. The law requires electronic exchange rather than one specific format: eSLOG 2.0 is the dominant Slovenian standard and is required for public-sector invoicing, while UBL and Peppol BIS also qualify. Slipstrim already generates UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS 3.0 and is adding eSLOG 2.0.

Yes — Slipstrim outputs both XRechnung (UBL) and ZUGFeRD (CII, EN 16931). The German obligation under the Wachstumschancengesetz is staged, so the date that applies to you depends on your turnover. Receiving structured e-invoices has been mandatory for every business since 1 January 2025. Issuing becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027 if your prior-year turnover was above €800,000, and on 1 January 2028 for everyone else — including freelancers and Selbstständige. Kleinunternehmer under §19 UStG are permanently exempt from issuing, but must still be able to receive. B2C invoices to private individuals are unaffected.

Yes. All data is stored on EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted end-to-end with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your browser, and never sold or shared with third parties. Analytics only activates after explicit cookie consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
