What is Slipstrim?
Slipstrim is an all-in-one AI business platform for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. It combines AI-powered invoicing, proforma invoices, a built-in CRM, stock and inventory management, travel order management, automated payment reminders, SEPA EPC QR payments, revenue analytics, AI business agents, an AI assistant, calendar, and bank integration — all in a single web application. It replaces the need for separate invoicing software, CRM, and analytics tools.
Is Slipstrim free?
Yes. Slipstrim has a free plan with no credit card required. You can sign up and start creating invoices immediately. Paid plans start at €12/month (Starter) and €25/month (Professional), with annual billing available at a discount.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up with just your email address and start using Slipstrim immediately. A credit card is only required when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I use Slipstrim on mobile?
Yes. Slipstrim is a progressive web app (PWA) that works in any modern mobile browser on iOS and Android. You can install it to your home screen for a native app experience. A dedicated mobile invoice creation wizard makes creating invoices on a phone fast and simple.
What languages does Slipstrim support?
Slipstrim is available in English, Slovenian, and German. The app interface, invoice templates, and email reminders are fully localised in all three languages. Croatian language support is planned.

AI Invoice Generation

How does AI invoice generation work?
Slipstrim's AI reads a plain-text description of your work and automatically extracts invoice line items — service names, quantities, units, and prices. For example, type "website redesign 40 hours at €120, plus monthly hosting €200" and the AI creates two properly formatted line items in under 30 seconds. No manual entry required. Powered by Google Gemini and Claude.
How long does it take to create an invoice?
Under 30 seconds on average. Select a client, describe the work in plain text, review the AI-extracted line items, and export as PDF. The SEPA EPC QR code is generated automatically.
What units can I use on invoice line items?
Any unit — hours (hr), square metres (m²), pieces (pcs), kilograms (kg), lots, days, and custom units. You can mix different units on the same invoice, which is useful for agencies billing both time and materials on a single document.
Can I customise the invoice design?
Yes. Upload your company logo, choose a brand colour (applied to all documents), and select from multiple professional invoice templates including classic, bold, warm, and dark premium styles.

Payments & SEPA

What is a SEPA EPC QR code on an invoice?
A SEPA EPC QR code is a standardised QR code on a European invoice that encodes the payee IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, invoice amount, and payment reference. When a client scans it with any EU banking app, all payment details are pre-filled automatically — eliminating manual entry errors and speeding up payment. Slipstrim generates a compliant EPC QR code on every invoice when you add your IBAN in Settings.
Which countries support SEPA QR payments?
SEPA EPC QR codes work across the entire SEPA zone — all EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK (to varying degrees). Any banking app that supports the EPC QR standard can scan and pre-fill payment details instantly.
Does Slipstrim connect to my bank?
Yes. Slipstrim integrates with Wise (formerly TransferWise) via OAuth for payment tracking and SEPA bank reconciliation. Automated reconciliation runs every 6 hours to match incoming payments to open invoices.

Country-Specific Compliance

Does Slipstrim support Fiskalizacija 2.0 for Croatia?
Yes. Slipstrim is the only AI invoicing platform with native Fiskalizacija 2.0 (HR-FIS) integration. Every fiscal invoice automatically receives a JIR (Jedinstveni identifikator računa) from the Croatian Tax Authority in real time — no additional tools or steps required. This integration has been live and compliant since January 2026.
Is Slipstrim FURS compliant for Slovenia?
Yes. Slipstrim supports fiscal invoice confirmation with FURS (Finančna uprava Republike Slovenije) in compliance with ZDavPR (Zakon o davčnem potrjevanju računov). Every confirmed invoice receives an EOR (enolična oznaka računa) from FURS in real time. Slipstrim is also preparing for eSLOG 2.0, the mandatory Slovenian B2B e-invoice format, which becomes compulsory in January 2028.
Is Slipstrim ready for E-Rechnung Germany 2027?
Yes. Slipstrim is preparing for the Wachstumschancengesetz, which requires electronic B2B invoices for all German businesses from 2027. The platform will be fully compliant with XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats well before the legal deadline. Start with Slipstrim now and migrate to e-invoice seamlessly.
Is Slipstrim GDPR compliant?
Yes. Slipstrim stores all data on EU servers (Supabase EU region, Frankfurt, Germany), encrypts all user data end-to-end with AES-256-GCM before it leaves the browser, uses Google Consent Mode v2 for analytics (no data collected without consent), and never sells or shares personal data with third parties. Does Slipstrim have a built-in CRM?
Yes. Slipstrim includes a full CRM for client management. Each client has a profile with contact details, revenue history across all invoices and proformas, payment behaviour, and timestamped notes. You can track active, at-risk, and inactive clients without a separate CRM tool like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Does Slipstrim support stock and inventory management?
Yes. Slipstrim includes stock management with SKU-level tracking. You can manage inventory quantities, link stock items to invoice line items, and stock levels update automatically as invoices are executed. Available on the Professional plan.
What are AI Agents in Slipstrim?
AI Agents are automated business assistants powered by Claude and Gemini that perform tasks on your behalf — drafting invoices, sending reminders, analysing revenue, and answering business questions in natural language. The AI Assistant lets you ask questions like "Who is my top client this month?", "What's overdue?", or "Am I on track for my revenue goal?" and get instant answers from your own business data.
How do automated payment reminders work?
On the Professional plan, Slipstrim automatically sends payment reminder emails before invoice due dates, overdue notices for unpaid invoices, and paid confirmation receipts when payment is received. No external email tool like Mailchimp is needed. Reminders are fully customisable per invoice.
Does Slipstrim support proforma invoices?
Yes. Create deposit or estimate documents (proforma invoices) and convert them to final invoices with one click when the work is complete. Useful for requesting advance payments or providing cost estimates before work begins.
Does Slipstrim support travel orders?
Yes. Slipstrim includes a Travel Orders module for creating and managing business travel documentation for employees and contractors. Available on the Professional plan.

How much does Slipstrim cost?
Slipstrim has three plans: Starter at €12/month (€9/month billed annually) — 50 documents/month, 10 clients, PDF export, SEPA QR, calendar; Professional at €25/month (€19/month billed annually) — unlimited documents and clients, AI agents, email automation, full CRM, stock management, travel orders, bank integration; Business at custom pricing — multi-user workspaces, custom SMTP, API access, bulk import, dedicated account manager, SLA. A free plan is available with no credit card required.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you explore Slipstrim without any commitment. You can create invoices, view the dashboard, and test the AI invoice generator. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more documents, clients, or advanced features.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account Settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account Settings at any time with no penalty or exit fees. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
